DIRECTIONS

Shake well. Place 1 full dropper under the tongue, and hold for 60-90 seconds before swallowing. Take more or less as needed for the desired effect 20 minutes prior to bedtime. 

½ dropper: 8.5+mg 

1 full dropper: 17+mg
