Manufacturing Excellence

cbd manufacturing

House of Oilworx products are made from the highest quality hemp-derived phytocannabinoids grown in the U.S.A. Our manufacturing partner derives its legal status from the 2014 US Farm Bill, Section 7606, which created a federally legal pathway for growing "industrial hemp" on American soil for the first time since 1937. Our company is one of the only ones that conforms entirely to section 7606 of the 2014 Farm Bill, and our phytocannabinoid-rich (PCR) industrial hemp is registered with the Colorado State Department of Agriculture. The Colorado farm adheres to 100% organic guidelines using optimized nutrient-rich soil. The plants are harvested by hand, then stored and processed locally.

House of Oilworx has partnered with the largest manufacturer of broad-spectrum PCR hemp oil, terpenes, CBD concentrates, CBD edibles, and CBD products for animals.

The Genetics Behind the Product

The uniqueness of our products begins at a genetic level. The proprietary strain of hemp used is a hybrid that blends three types of cannabis with naturally high CBD levels that are known for their medicinal value. These plants contain over 18% cannabidiol (CBD) and produce 112 distinct cannabinoids and more than 50 terpenes and terpenoids. Because the plants produce a very high amount of CBD naturally, the other unique compounds within them have evolved to support it synergistically in a system called the entourage effect.

Instead of planting seeds, our partner uses cloned plants. Cloning guarantees a much more consistent oil. When a seed is formed, it contains a mash-up of genetic code from its parent plants, and you never truly know what’s going to grow from it. Cloning identical plants ensures a consistent, quality end product.

Extraction, Purification, and Refinement

After the beneficial cannabinoids, terpenoids, and flavonoids are carefully extracted, the substance is distilled and further refined to remove any trace of THC. This is how our zero-THC, broad-spectrum oil is formed. It’s then lab tested, both in-house and by a third party, to ensure consistent quality control.

The proprietary extraction process that our partner uses to refine our CBD products offers a unique competitive advantage. It incorporates a chromatography method that identifies the naturally occurring THC and separates it out completely from the extract. This method leaves behind the other synergistic compounds, such as CBG, CBN, CBC, and the large amount of diverse terpenes. Cannabis is unique in that the entourage effect of the whole plant's oil extract is most effective when maintained in its natural formulation, versus isolating one particular part of the plant.

Not All Hemp is Created Equally

As demand for CBD continues to grow, so too will the amount of synthetic forms of CBD crystalline isolate coming out of China and Eastern Europe. Industrial hemp CBD oil and isolate from China and Europe is flooding into the US market and is being touted as an effective form of CBD, but it’s an inferior product. Creating an isolate strips away the other beneficial compounds found within the plant, and the growing and processing methods of these areas are questionable.

Bulk and wholesale hemp CBD buyers need to be cautious when purchasing their oil from overseas. The hemp plant is used for phyto-remediation, which means it literally sucks toxins out of the soil as it grows. Hemp from overseas often contains heavy metals, toxic molds, and other harmful chemicals. True quality control can only be guaranteed if all aspects of the supply chain and manufacturing are vertically integrated, well regulated, and domestic.

If you’re looking for a reliable and consistent source of the highest quality, American-made, pharmaceutical-grade, hemp-based phytocannabinoids, you’ve come to the right place. There’s a major difference between "industrial hemp” and quality PCR “medicinal hemp,” and our extraction process is second to none. Once you experience our extracts, you’ll understand why oils and topicals are made from one variety of hemp and textiles and industrial products are made from another. This is why we want to bring you this superior form of CBD oil made with the utmost precision and care, From Our House to Yours!
