Peace Potion consists of various nervines: medicinal herbs that nourish and support the nervous system. This elixir can be sipped to counter feelings of anxiety and restlessness, or before bed to support a good night’s sleep. Lavender and lemon balm help to alleviate anxiety and promote relaxation. Mucuna bean is an adaptogen that supports healthy levels of dopamine, and passionflower is considered a sedative. Rose, vanilla, and red rooibos are nourishing and soothing while also being delicious, complementing the taste of the other medicinal botanicals in this blend.

Use amount suggested on label or to taste with 6 oz of hot water. You may choose to use a nut milk or regular milk for an added creaminess. We also recommend to try adding a little honey or your preferred sweetener. It can complement the herbs and wake up some flavor notes of some of the more aromatic medicinal plants in the elixir blend.
