ONLINE RETURNS

Please note that this return policy is for online only purchases.  In store refund/exchange policies are posted at the cash wrap. 

Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange once any digestible item has left the confines of our store.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be an non-digestable product and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the unopened original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the original item to you will be deducted from your refund.  We reserve the right to inspect the product for tampering prior to issuing any refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an RA number issued to you by an agent at House of Oilworx. To get an RA number contact us at [email protected]. Contact House of Oilworx directly for any and all return inquiries and transactions. Any item(s) not in the original unopened packaging, that are damaged or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error) are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

We offer refunds of non digestible items in our store within 7 days of purchase with a point of sale regenerated receipt only plus a 50% restocking fee.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the terms of your financial institution.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Exchanges are subject to the same rules as returns.  The products must be in the original unopened packaging.  Exchanges will only occur for items of equal value, or you may pay the difference to exchange for an item of greater value.  To initiate an exchange send us an email at [email protected] and request an exchange. You will be issued an RA number for your return, and it can be sent to: 19192nd Avenue South, Anoka MN 55303

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment approval and shipped via United States Postal Service Priority or First Class Mail.

We are centrally located just outside of the greater Minneapolis area so most of the time you will receive your order within 2-5 days of shipping.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

To return your product you will need an RA number issued by House of Oilworx.  Once your RA number has been assigned, you may send your product to: 1919 2nd Avenue, Anoka MN 55303  attn: returns - (the RA Number you were assigned) .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
